Greece Renovation

Sea-View Apartment

A dated apartment with patterned wallpaper and a closed-off kitchen, renovated into a warm, open-plan home that was handed over furnished.

Apartment
Location
Greece
Renovated open-plan kitchen and living area with timber slat wall and wood-effect floor
Animated sequence: from the original living room to the finished bedroom.

This apartment arrived as many older Greek apartments do: wallpaper on every wall, mosaic floors, a small enclosed kitchen with an exposed extractor duct, and a bathroom that had not been touched in decades.

It was renovated from start to finish. The photographs below show the apartment before work began and after handover.

Before and after

The same living room after renovation, now open to a fitted kitchen, with a slatted timber wall and concealed ceiling lighting
Living room before renovation: patterned wallpaper, mosaic floor, window and louvred balcony door
