There is no single price, because the cost depends on the property and the scope. The main drivers are the size and condition of the property, how much of the electrical and plumbing has to be replaced, the kitchens and bathrooms, the materials you choose, any structural work, permits, and where the property is. We give a figure once we understand the property and what you want done.

It varies too much from property to property for an honest per-square-metre figure. A house or villa adds factors an apartment does not have: the roof, the exterior walls, outdoor areas and often more structural and insulation work. On islands, transport of materials and crews also affects the total. Send us the location, size and condition of the property and we will tell you what a realistic budget needs to cover.

It depends on the scope of the works, whether permits are needed, and how quickly materials and decisions are confirmed. A timeline is set during the planning stage, once the scope is defined, and the work is then managed by one team so the trades follow each other without gaps.

Yes. The rules for renovation works apply to the property, not to the owner's nationality, so a foreign owner can renovate in the same way as a Greek owner. Where permits or approvals are required, they are prepared and filed by licensed engineers, and Greece Renovation coordinates that process.
